Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you and LambdaVibes regarding your access to and use of the service. By visiting, accessing, creating an account for, or using LambdaVibes, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page, and your continued use of LambdaVibes after the updated Terms take effect means the revised Terms will apply.
Use of services
LambdaVibes provides software and infrastructure tooling intended to help users manage cloud resources, workflows, application components, and related operational tasks. You may use the services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LambdaVibes is authorized, lawful, and appropriate for the systems, accounts, and resources you connect. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the service is offered for your own internal business, operational, or development use.
Accounts and credentials
You may need to create an account to access some or all features of LambdaVibes. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information reasonably updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account or any connected infrastructure credentials have been compromised, you should notify us promptly and rotate, revoke, or otherwise secure any affected credentials.
Content and ownership
As used in these Terms, "Content" includes software, code, interface designs, documentation, configurations, logs, uploaded files, generated outputs, and other materials made available through LambdaVibes. Except for content you submit or legally control, all rights, title, and interest in and to LambdaVibes and its content remain with us or our licensors.
You retain ownership of the content, infrastructure data, code, and materials you submit to LambdaVibes, subject to the rights you grant to us to operate the service. By submitting content through LambdaVibes, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the services.
Payments and third-party processing
Some features of LambdaVibes may be offered on a paid basis. If you purchase a paid subscription or feature, you agree to pay applicable fees, charges, taxes, and other amounts due for the selected plan or service.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and you are responsible for reviewing any third-party payment terms that apply to your transactions.
Restrictions and prohibited conduct
You may not use LambdaVibes in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, infringing, or disruptive to the service or to others. Without limiting that general rule, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, credentials, systems, or data.
- Upload or transmit malware, destructive code, spam, or materials intended to interfere with service operations.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or attempt to extract source code, trade secrets, or underlying ideas except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use the services to violate any contract, security policy, intellectual property right, privacy right, or applicable law.
- Use LambdaVibes to operate on infrastructure, applications, or resources you do not own, control, or have valid authorization to manage.
Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, add, remove, limit, or condition access to portions of LambdaVibes from time to time. This allows us to maintain the service, improve features, address security concerns, and adapt to technical or legal changes.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee any particular uptime, availability level, or maintenance schedule. The service may become unavailable due to updates, maintenance, outages, third-party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Disclaimers of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LambdaVibes and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
This means, among other things, that we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. We also disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade, to the extent allowed by law.
Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or substitute service costs arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use LambdaVibes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for the applicable services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to LambdaVibes if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using LambdaVibes at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions relating to ownership, payment obligations accrued before termination, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us first and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
