Cloud and configuration data you connect

  • Role ARNs, policies, account identifiers, and environment configuration values that you explicitly provide or authorize us to access.
  • Operational logs, diagnostic events, or status information used to support visibility, troubleshooting, and monitoring workflows.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Like many software companies, LambdaVibes may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand feature usage, improve reliability, and support security-related functions.

Types of cookies we may use

  • Essential cookies — Required to log in, maintain a session, route requests correctly, and provide core functionality.
  • Preference cookies — Used to remember settings such as theme preferences, workspace context, and other interface choices.
  • Analytics cookies — Help us understand feature usage, customer flows, and product performance so we can improve the service.
  • Security-related technologies — Used to help detect abuse, suspicious activity, misuse of accounts, or behavior that may threaten the platform.

You can often control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable some cookies or similar technologies, portions of LambdaVibes may not function as intended.

We use the information we collect for business and operational purposes such as:

  • Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving the LambdaVibes service.
  • Managing accounts, workspaces, authentication, and access control.
  • Connecting to cloud resources and carrying out user-authorized product workflows.
  • Monitoring usage patterns to improve reliability, performance, usability, and feature design.
  • Detecting, investigating, preventing, and addressing security incidents, fraud, abuse, or misuse.
  • Sending service-related communications such as security notices, account notifications, billing updates, or important policy changes.
  • Responding to support requests, onboarding users, and troubleshooting product issues.
  • Producing aggregated or de-identified insights to understand trends without identifying specific individuals where possible.
06

When we share data

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share information only in limited and business-appropriate circumstances, including:

  • Service providers — Vendors that help us deliver functionality such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, support, or payment processing.
  • With your direction or authorization — For example, when you connect a cloud account, enable an integration, or instruct us to process information in a specific way.
  • Business transfers — If we evaluate or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that process.
  • Legal, compliance, and safety reasons — When required by law, legal process, government request, or when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, users, systems, or the public.
  • Corporate affiliates or professional advisers — Where reasonably necessary for internal administration, legal advice, accounting, auditing, or similar business operations.
08

Data retention

We retain Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain accounts and workspaces, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business needs such as recordkeeping and security review.

Usage data, logs, and diagnostics are often retained for shorter periods, although some information may be kept longer where needed for security investigations, service continuity, fraud prevention, auditing, or legal compliance.

09

International data transfers

LambdaVibes may process and store information in locations other than where you live. Laws in those locations may differ from the privacy and data protection laws of your jurisdiction.

When we transfer Personal Data across borders, we aim to use safeguards appropriate under applicable law, which may include contractual protections, vendor commitments, or other recognized transfer mechanisms.

10

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights regarding your Personal Data, including the ability to:

  • Access or request a copy of certain Personal Data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of certain data, subject to legal, contractual, operational, or security requirements.
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing activities.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Request portability of certain data where applicable law provides that right.
You may be able to update some information directly within LambdaVibes through account settings or workspace controls. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.
11

Security of your information

We use a combination of technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, loss, or alteration. These measures may include access controls, logging, monitoring, vendor management, environment separation, and other security-oriented practices appropriate for a cloud-connected software service.

Even so, no system or transmission method is perfectly secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you remain responsible for protecting your own credentials, secrets, and connected infrastructure accounts.

12

Children’s privacy

LambdaVibes is intended for use by adults, businesses, and organizations. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13.

If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can review the situation and delete the information where required.

13

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to LambdaVibes, our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

In some situations, we may also provide additional notice, such as by email, within the product, or through another reasonable communication method. Continued use of LambdaVibes after changes take effect means the updated Privacy Policy will apply.
